We understand the value that our platform provides in allowing them to engage and interact with one another, and we will continue to work diligently to ensure a positive experience for all.

Who Can & Can’t Write a Review


  • At YooDrive, we encourage individuals who have had a recent and genuine experience with a business or service provider to write a review about it on our platform.
  • This can include but is not limited to, experiences such as phone calls, lessons, or the use of products or services provided by the business in question.
  • However, it is important to note that individuals with a conflict of interest, such as the business owner, employees, and immediate family members, are not permitted to write a review for the business in question.
  • This policy also applies to employees reviewing competitors, in order to maintain the integrity of the reviews on our platform.


Creating Reviews


  • When creating reviews on, it’s important to ensure that the language used is fair and appropriate.
  • To help identify a specific experience, reviewers can be asked to confirm their email address when leaving a review.
  • If queried you may be asked to provide additional information/evidence to support your review.


Fake Reviews


  • Don’t write or ask people to write fake reviews.
  • We have zero tolerance for fake reviews and will remove them in instances where there is a lack of evidence to support the claim.


Flagging a  Review


At, we take flagged reviews seriously. If a review violates our guidelines, we will notify the reviewer and take appropriate action. This may include temporarily hiding the review while we work to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, the review will remain offline.

We provide continuous, clear communication regarding what we do, and the reasons for it. All DVSA-approved driving instructors appear in a search allowing the public to freely read and write reviews for members of their community. 


Respect on the Platform 


At, we expect all members of our platform to be respectful contributors. We ask that you refrain from posting any content that is harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene. Additionally, we ask that you do not engage in any illegal or unethical behaviour, such as lying, bullying, blackmailing, or making threats. Remember that your replies are public and potential customers pay close attention to how a business reacts and responds to reviews. Responding professionally can demonstrate how engaged and caring your business is.


Keeping Private Information Private


We also prioritise the privacy and safety of everyone on our platform. To that end, we ask that you do not post any sensitive or personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses. This includes anything that could be used to track, identify, contact, or impersonate someone. If a consumer requests your prices, it is up to you to decide if you wish to claim your account and provide this information. These requests will be sent via email and the consumer will never have knowledge of your personal information.
